All images on this site are property of Moments by Melissa Miller.  Do not copy, print or save images without expressed written permission from the photographer (unless you have purchsed the digital files including a copyright release).  All printed materials are not to be copied or scanned for personal use or for profit.  Copyright infringement is illegal and is strictly prohibited.

LIABILITY

The photographer is not liable and saved harmless from any unauthorized use of images by the client or a third party.

REFUNDS

Due to the custom nature of our products, once an item has been ordered from our supplier all monies paid to date are non-refundable.  If you wish to cancel an order please notify use via email immediately and we will check the status of the order.  We pride ourselves in our fast turn-around time, so please be sure of your choices before submitting your order.

ADDITIONAL FEES

All orders are subject to 13% HST with the exception of gift certificates.  If you wish to have your items shipped to you it is an additional 15% of your order total.

PRIVACY POLICY

We will not sell or trade your personal information under any circumstances.  When you register with us on this site we will retain your name, address and email address on our files.  This enables us to process and fill orders, as well as notifying you of status changes to your active galleries and any pending orders you have placed.  All credit card transactions carried out in connection with this website and Moments by Melissa Miller are transacted via a third party using their secure servers.  The third party only confirms to us that payment has been received.  No financial details are retained on our server.  If you have any questions regarding our privacy policy please don't hesitate to ask!
